Barre Party Hard with No Hangover!
In this class we combine basic ballet technique, barre conditioning, core strengthening and yoga mat exercises. Designed to help students develop body awareness, build strength, lengthen and tone their muscles, and improve flexibility.
Prepare to feel the burn and get sweaty with awesome new friends! Men and women are encouraged to attend.
Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle. This is a medicated class, please BYOW if you wish.
All levels class.
