Self Care on a Sunday!

Join us for a serene Sunday of meditation and relaxation. This all levels flow focuses on restorative yoga poses, nurturing breathing exercises and peaceful release. 

Please bring a yoga mat! Participants with a valid medical card will receive a goodie bag from iLava.
