It’s a house party on your mat. We’re cutting loose and not holding anything back for this upbeat and engaging class. Held at Totem Yoga in Phoenix, this fun and funky event is set to a great party popping playlist with all your favorite booty shaking tracks.

This class is going to be bouncy, fun and packing a whole lotta groove!

Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle. This is a medicated lass so BYOW if you wish. All levels class.

Doors open at 6:30pm and practice starts at 7:00pm.
